Performance Characteristics

1. This pharmaceutical bottle washing machine is vertical rotary-drum structure. It uses a mechanical arm to hold and turn bottles and spraying nozzles for reciprocating tracking.

2. The ultrasonic bottle washing machine adopts ultrasonic washing and alternative steam spraying as washing methods. It can automatically complete the whole process of bottle-feeding, ultrasonic washing, outer wall washing, inner wall washing and bottle discharge. And the whole bottle transferring process is based on the external gear engagement principle.

3. The bottle washing machine is of low bottle breaking rate, high versatility and stable operation. Since it prevents the cross contamination of water pipes and air pipes, it fully meets the GMP requirements.

4. The pharmaceutical bottle washing machine uses two-stage mesh belt structure to convey bottles to ensure that bottles have sufficient thrust in water and that there are bottles on the screw.

5. A buffer device is set at the screw for bottle feeding to ensure that bottles are not broken and the screw isn't worn out. The screw is made of non-toxic and pollution-free polyformaldehyde material, and the central shaft is reinforced with stainless steel to ensure that the screw will not be deformed.

6. An anti-vibration device is set for spraying needles to improve the entering accuracy of needles and reduce bottle breakage.

7. The extension rod of the mechanical arm and the large plate are equipped with an oil leakage prevention mechanism to ensure that the lubricating oil won't pollute the water tank.
