Introduction
In the glass bottle IV Infusion filling machine, bottles pass through the transfer track and the bottle feeding auger, and then enter into the filling station for filling with fixed spacing. The principle of time-constant follow are used for measuring the filling volume. After completion of filling, those bottles pass by the transition wheel, enter the stoppering station, and finally enter the subsequent processes after passing through the bottle discharge wheel and conveyor track.
According to the IV infusion process requirements and customers' needs, we can provide corresponding solutions and equipment for nitrogen filling for protection of different infusion products: for infusion products that require about 5% of residual oxygen, we fill nitrogen by inserting nozzles into the bottles after filling, and also have nitrogen protection device for the transition plate connected to the stoppering station; for infusion products that require less than 3% of residual oxygen, we fill nitrogen into bottles with a nozzle before and after filling operation, and apply a nitrogen protection device to the transition plate to spray nitrogen into bottles and onto the bottle mouths to form a nitrogen protection area, until bottles are stoppered and enter subsequent processes through the bottle discharge wheel and the conveyor track.
Performance Characteristics
1. The machine integrates both filling and stoppering stations. Bottles enter the stoppering station immediately after filled with medicine liquids, which reduces equipment's occupying area, saves workshop space and ensures quality of medicines;
2. The filling station adopts time-constant pressure principle, the response time of filling can be precisely adjusted (to within 0.01s), the filling volume can be easily adjusted through the touch screen, and Gemu pneumatic valve is used as switch valve. The filling volume is accurate and the machine can realize no bottle no filling. And CIP/SIP (cleaning in place/ sterilization in place) can be carried out on filling pipelines;
3. The liquid level of the storage barrel is automatically controlled, which can achieve automatic liquid replenishment;
4. Stations and transition plates for nitrogen filling can be added before and after the filling station according to different infusion process requirements, which can satisfy customers' different requirements with wide application;
5. Patented technologies are adopted to design nitrogen filling method, which make diverse nitrogen filling method, excellent nitrogen filling results and nitrogen saving a reality;
6. Large-capacity electromagnetic vibrating stopper hopper is applied at the stoppering station, and automatic buffer hopper can be equipped according to needs, which can reduce labor intensity required for feeding and enhance stopper delivery speed;
7. Vacuum stopper suction and mechanical positioning avoid the generation of particles due to mechanical wear in the mechanical stopper-grasping process and guarantee the clarity of medicines.
