Introduction
BFS three-in-one technology of BFS machine refers to the automatic process of completing blowing, filling and sealing operation successively in single equipment; it is mainly used for aseptic packaging of plastic containers of liquid filling products in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, etc., and can be suitable for the production of aseptic package of 0.3ml~1,000ml plastic containers.
Performance Characteristics
1. Plastic BFS machine is of modular structure. Different functional modules are placed in different clean areas.
2. It has a Class A air shower room at the filling-sealing station.
3. 2 stages of filtering of products.
4. It adopts CIP/SIP system (cleaning in place / sanitization in place) to ensure that the microbial state of the original products is maintained.
5. It adopts time-pressure filling and measuring system ensuring precise measurement. And no mechanical wear is found in the filling system.
6. It is equipped with two sets of human machine interface and suitable for equipment control outside of clean rooms.
7. It can automatically record and print all data, display the operational data recorded on the interface, and provide subscriber management system with multi-level password protection.
