Performance Characteristics
(1) The non-PVC soft bag iv filling line is an integrated soft bag iv infusion production line, which integrates the stations for bag making and filling into one main transferring process. At the same time, it can be realized by choosing different electric program control modes and replacing very few parts that produce soft bag infusions in different forms (single hard tube or double hard tube) and large-volume soft bags (for filling nutrient solution, flushing fluid, disinfectant, etc.) on the same production line. Mold design adopts patented technology, the film material is 100% used without waste, and the bag shape design is reasonable and beautiful and the bag width is 130mm, which saves film and production costs.
(4) The non-PVC soft bag iv filling line provides a dis-attachable filling and sealing structure, which can fill and seal both single-hard-tube and double-hard-tube (even multi-port) infusion soft bags with the same set of sealing devices on the same device by adjusting distance with the screw rod. The sealing equipment adopts withhold sealing and one-time capping and forming, which greatly reduces the risk of secondary pollution to medicine liquids.
(5) During the bag-discharge clamping process, the heated clamp hand welds the connecting tube of the infusion soft bag and the pressing surface of the port, which makes connection stronger and more reliable and more tightly sealed, and saves space and manufacturing cost. It is equipped with a touch screen with excellent human machine interface, which supports multiple languages (Chinese, English, etc.) and allows the operator to directly set all processing parameters closely linked with production (eg. welding temperature, time, pressure), various parameters required for printing and for filling, CIP and SIP. And it can be set with an external printer to print various parameters according to customers' requirements.
(7) The production line has powerful intelligent control and self-protection function for parameter setting. Parameters in the operation of the equipment can be not only simply and intuitively inquired, altered and monitored on the touch screen, but also set with maximum value and minimum value in advance to avoid human error. If a parameter exceeds the set value, the machine will sound an alarm.
(8) The whole soft bag iv filling line boasts sophisticated fault search and feedback functions. When the equipment fails during operation, its program can immediately search for the fault point and display it on the touch screen, intuitive, convenient and helpful.
(9) The production line embraces good storage and memory functions. Its welding system and filling system are of formulation storage and calling functions. For different film and filling media, users can store the actual welding empirical values and filling parameters related in advance, and directly call those empirical parameters in case of similar production conditions, without bothering themselves to adjust relevant parameters again.
(10) The production line adopts unique CIP and SIP systems, which can save cleaning time and ensure sterilizing effect. Time, pressure and temperature required can be adjusted directly just on the touch screen according to actual needs. And various parameters can be printed out for record if needed.
(11) The production line is configured with high configuration to reduce fault rate and guarantee continuous operation of the equipment (its servo system, electrical accessories, PLC, pneumatic components, and power elements all from well-known foreign brands).
