Introduction
The plastic bottle IV washing filling sealing production line is used for the production of plastic bottle infusions and soft plastic bottle LVP. It can automatically complete the production processes of air washing and water washing of plastic bottles, liquid filling, composite cap welding and sealing, etc.

1. The plastic bottle IV washing filling sealing production line integrates washing, filling and sealing functions, thus making its structure compact and reducing pollution in the intermediate links.
2. The plastic bottle iv filling line washes the plastic bottle with ion wind, and the ion wind mouth is of alarm display and output functions. The cleaning medium is controlled by pneumatic diaphragm valve and exhaust air collection device is configured. Thus, the air source doesn't be polluted;
3. The spray needle used for air washing is inserted into the plastic bottle to be cleaned to blow high-pressure ion wind three times, and pumps a vacuum at the mouth of the bottle three times at the same time, so that the high-pressure ion wind forms a circulating convection channel in the bottle. While removing the static electricity on the inner wall of the bottle, it blows most of the foreign matter inside out of the bottle.
4. The plastic bottle is washed by high-pressure water twice with pure water and water for injection, and finally dried with clean air.
5. The filling mode is continuous rotary filling on the basis of the principles of automatic flow, isometry and constant speed of the funnel-type filling. No particles are produced due to mechanical wear in the medicine liquids.
6. Filling adopts hard pipe connection, imported filling valve and control valve are used, the filling accuracy is high and CIP/SIP (cleaning in place / sterilization in place) function can be realized;
7. Cap unscrambling and feeding are closed structures and equipped a cap buffer platform to avoid pollution;
8. The plastic bottle is transferred by a mechanical arm during the whole process, PLC (programmable logic controller) is adopted for automatic completion of each process, and no bottle no washing, and no bottle no filling or no stoppering functions can be achieved.
9. The mouth of the bottle and the composite plastic cap is welded through non-contact heat-sealing process, and the welding point is secure and doesn't pollute the mouth of the bottle.
10. The plastic bottle iv filling line has no bottle no capping, and no bottle no welding functions, as well as automatic exhausting function.
11. The plastic bottle iv filling line is configured with PLC and touch screen and characterized by accurate control, low fault rate and high degree of automation.
