Introduction
The pharmaceutical dryer sterilizer adopts a tunnel structure, which is divided into three sections: the preheating section, the high temperature sterilizing section and the cooling section. It uses hot laminar flow to conduct short-term high temperature sterilization on containers. It is suitable for the drying and sterilization of ampoules, vial bottles, oral liquid bottles, as well as other medicinal glass bottles.
The sterilizing oven employs the advanced PLC (programmable logic controller) human machine interface control system, which is able to allow operators to monitor the work status of the machine and guarantee the requirements of the production process.
Also, the pharmaceutical dryer sterilizer can work with external washing devices and filling devices, display causes and positions of faults and simple troubleshooting methods. Moreover, it can automatically record temperature and graphs.
In the sterilizing oven, under the control of PLC, bottles are conveyed to the preheating section, high temperature sterilizing section (set temperature ≥ 350°C, sterilizing time ≥ 5min, and temperature adjusted and monitored through the colored display screen) and the cooling section by the conveyor belt at one time. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted steplessly. And frequency conversion regulation is adopted for laminar flow wind speed control. After drying and sterilization, bottles automatically enter the follow-up equipment to form a production line. The temperature monitoring system has functions of displaying, monitoring, recording and data printing. The whole process can be monitored and operated through the touch screen and is always carried out in a Class 100 environment.
Performance Characteristics
1. The pharmaceutical dryer sterilizer is equipped with devices preventing spontaneous combustion at high temperature sterilizing section when blackout occurs, and therefor fire hazards are avoided.
2. Imported liquid crystal display (TP) and programmable logic controller (PLC) are used for precise programmable setting and control of process parameters of the whole machine, such as heating and operation.
3. Automatic segmental frequency conversion regulation can be set to adjust air volume of the whole machine.
4. Users can set relevant parameters through the temperature monitoring system. The system has such functions of displaying, monitoring, recording and data printing, and fault alarm and display.
5. The pharmaceutical dryer sterilizer is equipped a complete Class 100 laminar flow system, with its air inlet and cooling section protected by clean laminar flow.
6. The sterilizing oven prevents outside air from entering it, so as to ensure that it works in a Class 100 environment.
7. The sterilizing oven allows operators to set process parameters related to heating and operation in advance.
8. The pharmaceutical dryer sterilizer can display parameter status and automatically print historical records.
9. Circulating air flow in the cabinet can be adjusted to guarantee uniform internal temperature.
10. Temperature measuring points are set in the cabinet and its opening.
11. The sterilizing oven is configured with high efficiency filter DOP test port.
12. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
