Introduction

The bottle injection molding machine is one kind of equipment for one-step injection blow molding of hollow containers, which can produce containers with a relative high precision of bottle neck and be widely applied in production of bottles for packaging in pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and chemical industries. It is suitable for processing PE, PP, PS, PET and other thermoplastic plastics.

 

The bottle injection molding machine is applicable to production of bottle preform for various kinds of water bottles, beverage bottles, canned edible oil bottles, medical product bottles, cosmetics bottles, etc.

 

Performance Characteristics

1. One mold and multiple cavities and high-speed molding. No burrs and wastes are generated in full automatic integrated production. Precise thread neck, good mechanical performance and perfect matching, almost reaching 100% qualification rate. It is an ideal equipment for packaging containers in medicines and foods.

2. The imported efficient servo energy-saving system is characterized by low operation noise, strong power, fast response and good economy.

3. New screw design, guaranteeing plasticizing efficiency and good plasticizing effect, breaking the occurrence of bubble, crazing, turning white or yellow for parts and other defects in traditional molding, thus improving quality of products significantly.

4. Screw length to diameter ratio 24:1 (standard), effectively controlling the injection stroke and improving reasonable utilization rate of injection amount and plasticizing effect. It can prevent accumulation of materials and is easy to be cleaned with a longer service life.

5. The plasticizing capability is enhanced to satisfy requirements of customers on production cycle of bottle preform.

6. The ejecting force and stroke is added to satisfy requirements of special products.

7. Enlarging cooling water transport device is conducive to mold cooling and ensures the crystal quality of the product cooling.

8. The bottle injection molding machine can realize independent control on backpressure ratio, and easy to adjust.

9. Reserve hot runner temperature control installation interface.

10. The injecting and die assembly parts adopt linear potentiometer, which can control the stroke up to an accuracy of 0.1mm.

11. Microcomputer controller is employed to realize six-stage pressure maintaining, five-stage backpressure, switching control of pressure maintaining positions and data memory of 200 groups of molds,

12. PID temperature control is adopted with such functions as cold start limit of screw, off-line detection and thermal insulation. Besides, the temperature error can be controlled within ±1℃, realizing high stability of bottle preform size and low reject ratio.

13. The overall supporting planning (turnkey project )for peripheral equipment such as dehumidifier, dryer, loader, chiller, mold and hot runner with injection molding machine can be provided.
