Introduction
The desiccant inserter is widely applied in pharmaceutical, health care products and food industries, which automatically put rectangle or square bagged desiccants to containers. It employs stepping motor drive and sensor imported from Japan for detection and be provided with functions of automatic shutdown and alarm, detection by U-shaped electric-eye and accurate positioning of knife. The machine body's height is adjustable to adapt to bottles of various specifications.
The desiccant inserter is an electromechanical integrated equipment with sample operation, stable running and convenient maintenance. This machine can automatically cut off desiccant belt and put the bagged desiccant into containers quickly and accurately.

10. The desiccant inserter is applicable to the whole roll of desiccant with back seal for paper-paper and paper-plastic packaging materials;
11. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and other materials conforming to GMP requirements;
12. Corresponding parameters are set on the touch screen based on size of desiccant to control driving of desiccant bags by feeding device. The U-shaped electric-eye positioner detects and reports data to PLC. If the reported data is within the set parameter range, the knife cylinder is triggered to complete feeding;
13. The desiccant inserter can be operated alone or linked with other machines.
Drive part: drive by synchronous belt with accurate positioning for feeding. Cutting and feeding mechanism: knife driven by Festo cylinder with neat and accurate action.
Positioning part: detection by U-shaped electric-eye to ensure accurate positioning of knife; before cutting the bag, first determine whether the actual bag length meets the set requirements to avoid the phenomenon of cutting the bag. The feeding inspection mechanism could ensure that desiccants are filled into drug bottles.
