Introduction
The aluminum foil sealing machine uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to instantly generate high heat on the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth, and then fuse it on the bottle mouth to achieve the function of sealing. It is an ideal sealing machine with aluminum foil which makes use of electromagnetic induction to realize binding between closed aluminum foil and bottle neck. The machine has a simple structure and a good auxiliary production line equipment in China.
The aluminum foil sealing machine is easy to be operated with power display set on the chassis to facilitate operation by the user. The link has multi-protection functions and relevant information are clearly displayed on the control cabinet. The design of strong air cooling eliminates the necessity to replace water for water cooling periodically and avoids the possibility of machine burnout in case of lack of water. It is suitable for sealing of glass bottle and plastic bottles of various materials with aluminum foil membrane.
When packages with products inside are placed on the conveyer belt, the seal part of the package will be automatically sent to the space between two operating sealing tapes before transfer to heating zone. In heating zone, heat of the heating block is transferred to the seal part of the package through sealing tapes to heat and melt the membrane. After that, the package passes through the cooling zone to reduce film surface temperature before rolling by the knurl wheel (or type wheel) to bind upper and lower plastic membranes at sealing part and press reticular patterns (or printed logo). Finally, the guide rubber belt and conveyor belt send the sealed packages out of the machine and sealing operation is finished at that time.
