Introduction
The automatic bottle unscrambler is a machine drives the turntable through motor so that bottles turn over on the bench and enter the filling machine along guide track. The motor of turntable drives by one pair of engaged gears to operate the bottle unscrabler. The bottles are fed into the bottle unscramble turntable through bottle feeding hopper or from the previous process, on which the stopper is equipped with an eccentric gear so that the bottle rack makes disordered bottles enter into the bottle transmission track in sequence.
The bottle unscrambler is applicable to automatic transmission of round or square bottles to conveyor of labeling machine, filling machine or cap screwing machine with high efficiency. It can be applied to the medium connection of production line as a buffer platform so as to reduce length of conveyor.
The applicable bottle range of the machine can be freely adjusted and the bottle transmission speed is 30~400 bottles /min with stepless adjustment available to facilitate production arrangement.
The automatic bottle unscrambler is widely applied in packaging line in pharmaceutical, food, pesticide, daily use chemicals and other industries and it can provide bottles to be sealed for the packaging line continuously. It applies stepless speed adjustment with adjustable transmission port size, applicable for requirements of production line for different packages. It could cooperate with FS-30 electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine and LB series labeling machine or be used alone with convenient installation and easy operation, satisfying heath requirements of various industries.
