In order to improve the productivity of the production line, we must carefully analyze the main factors affecting productivity, so as to take corresponding measures, specifically consider the following points:
(1) In the selection of driving mode, the pneumatic driving system should be replaced by mechanisms as far as possible, so as to facilitate the system to work in the same production rhythm, and not affect the efficiency and reliability of the system due to the fluctuation of air pressure and workshop power grid.
(2) Under the condition that the basic process time of the system is fixed, strive to reduce the space time and auxiliary time of the system executive components, and try to make all kinds of space time coincide with each other, so as to improve productivity. When the packaging machine is carrying out the coordinated design of motion cycle, it should try to make the auxiliary space time coincide with the basic process time, and all kinds of space time coincide with each other or partially coincide.
(3) Increasing the number of packaging machines can improve the working speed of packaging line, reduce the basic process time, so as to improve productivity.
(4) Adopt advanced equipment to improve the reliability of the equipment itself.
(5) Continuous packing machine is adopted to reduce or eliminate auxiliary operation time as far as possible
(6) The packaging process with a long process time is completed by several sets of equipment in parallel, or dispersed at several stations.
