2. Adjustment of lock device
A. Capping time adjustment: adjust the rotation Angle of CAM 3. When the infusion liquid bottle enters the locking position, the locking shaft has been moved and leaves the bottle cap before moving the teeth close to the bottle.
b, gland pressure adjustment: the size of the gland pressure is directly related to the quality of the lock, too much pressure to break the easy to pull bottle, too little pressure will affect the sealing performance, so it should be adjusted according to the actual average height of the easy to pull bottle 6, so that the pressure to *.
c. Adjustment of blade action time: blade 2 should be close to the bottleneck before the gland terminates, otherwise some short bottles cannot reach the locking effect. When adjusting, loosen nut 4, adjust shaft 5, up and down can make blade 2 action time sooner or later. Note that the elasticity of spring 7 should be greater than that of spring 8 to keep the bottleneck consistent.
d. Note when adjusting the lock port: all departments must pay attention to locking each nut after adjustment. During the initial valve test, the average height of the easy-to-draw bottle must be taken.
3. Adjustment of vibrator
The automatic cap drop adopts the principle of electromagnetic oscillation to drop the cap along the track to the appropriate position.
A. The vibrator is packaged separately before leaving the factory, and the lower track mouth must be aligned with the moving track of the easy drawing bottle when it is installed.
b, the adjustment of the magnet gap: loosen the screw 1, open the outer cover, adjust the nut 2, so that the magnet gap is 0.6-0.8, and make the vibration sound the lowest line speed of the bottle cap is appropriate.
Precautions for installation of Vial filling machine:
1. After unpacking the machine, first check whether the random technical data is complete and whether the machine is damaged in transit, so as to solve it in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding assembly and discharging assembly according to the appearance drawings in this manual.
3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.
4. Rotate the machine with the swing handle to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise direction facing the motor spindle).
