1. Appearance quality problems of ampoule after encapsulation
1.1 Flat head means that the top of the ampoule is clamped flat but not drawn. Cause:

Strengthen the front and rear groups of flame fire; Replace the new bearing or adjust the spring inside the ampoule press frame, strengthen the pressure, so that the ampoule can rotate normally, forming wire drawing; Remove unqualified ampoules.
1.2 Pointe refers to the top of the fused ampoule with pointe. Cause:
Drawing flame is too small; The tempering time of ampoule after drawing is too short; The distance between the bottom of the wire drawing clip and the horizontal center line of the flame is too large; Individual ampoule wall is too thick. Solution:
Strengthen the drawing flame intensity; Adjust and control the fire head CAM to prolong the tempering time; Adjust the bottom of the drawing clip slightly higher than the flame horizontal center line about 1 mm distance (mechanical normal position); Remove unqualified ampoules.
1.3 Bubble head is the top of ampoule formed obvious big bubble after sealing, easy to break. Cause:
Drawing flame is too strong; The tempering time of ampoule after drawing is too long; The bottom of the wire drawing clip is slightly lower than the horizontal center line of the flame, although it can be fused, but easy to form a small bubble head. Solution:
Reduce the drawing flame intensity; Shorten the tempering time of ampoule after drawing; Adjust drawing clip to normal distance from flame horizontal center line.
1.4 Dented head refers to the formation of a depression at the top of the ampoule after sealing. Cause:
Ampoule forming bubble head in the process of wire drawing and then cooling contraction; The heating flame is too small to dry some tiny water vapor on the wall of the ampoule, and these low temperature water vapor make the newly formed arc of the top of the ampoule shrink and form a deflated head. Solution:
According to the solution of bubble head for treatment; Strengthen the heating flame, so that the neck of the ampoule is fully heated, so that the tiny water vapor volatilizes as soon as possible.
1.5 Ampule means the top of the ampoule is not sealed. Cause:
