Prefilled syringe filling and sealing machine is electromechanical integration control, stable operation, high degree of automation, high filling accuracy, convenient adjustment and so on. This machine is mainly used for pre-filling sealing of catheter irrigator (pipe packer), which is the main filling machine in batch production line. At present, there are a whole series of multi-head filling machines: 4, 6, 12, etc. We can also customize the pre-filling machine according to the special needs of users.
According to the different filling methods, the models of the prefilled syringe filling and sealing machine can be divided into two categories, as shown below:
1. Upper filling method (standard model) : insert the syringe from the tail of the syringe (large mouth) for filling:
Process flow: automatic finishing of syringe barrel → air washing → silicone oil injection → pre-spinning cap → tightening cap → filling → sealing with plug → removing waste → finished product (or automatic filling sterilization plate of syringe).
2. Down filling method: filling from the syringe head (small mouth) :
Process flow: automatic finishing of syringe tube → air washing → silicone oil injection → rubber plug → filling → pre-spinning cap → tightening cap → removing waste → finished product (or automatic loading sterilization plate of syringe).
