Automatic Ampoule Washing Machine
Automatic Ampoule Washing Machine or automatic ampoule washer is specially designed to wash ampoules with minimum contact of machine parts with the ampoules compling cGMP standards. Machine with specially designed Gripper system holds the Ampoule from Neck and invert the Ampoule till the washing operation completed and again after washing release the ampoule on outfeed feedworm system in vertical position ensures positive wash of ampoules. The machine is suitable to wash 1ml to 20 ml ampoules with the help of change parts.
Sterilization Tunnel
Sterilization and Depyrogenation Tunnel or pharma sterilizing tunnel uses for online sterilization and depyrogenation of washed glass ampoules & vials. In the tunnel, glass ampoules & vials are transported through a stainless steel wire conveyor entry from automatic washing machines (non-sterile) to the outlet filing line (sterile area).
Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine or ampoule filler perform filling packaging of pharmaceutical glass ampoules. Ampoules are fiilled with liquid then purged with nitrogen gas and finally sealed using combustible gases. Machine is having specially designed filling pump for precise filling of liquid with neck centering during filling operation. Ampoule are sealed immediately after filling the liquid in order to avoid contamination. Machine made from high quality stainless steel 316L materials as per cGMP requirements.
