Automatic Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine

Basic operation and principle of ampoule filling and sealing machine:
After the bottles are dried in a tunnel oven, they enter the facility via a mesh belt. There is a block strap on one side of the belt. The strip has a fixed side. A sliding pressure spring guide rod assembly is used to connect one side to the other. Besides that, it also has a location checking component.
It has front and rear nitrogen filling positions. Additionally, a pressure monitoring device can be added. When the pressure is lower than the preset value, it will stop to ensure that nitrogen is filled to ensure the stability of the antioxidant solution.
Use the brand new bottle wrapping tool. The gearbox adopts synchronous belt pulley, which has reliable circulation, stable transmission and high certified sealing rate.
The unit has a fill cam that moves the linkage for filling and aspiration. By moving the lever, the filling time can be changed.
The components of the device include ceramic pump, pump fixing device, filling volume fine-tuning device, no bottle no filling device, and filling transmission device.

In order to track the position of the bottle, the device uses photoelectricity. When there is no bottle, the photoelectric signal drives the solenoid valve through PLC. The pawl will be forced away from the swing arm, stopping the swing arm and the filling process.
There is a separate unit for the filling needle. Each needle can be individually adjusted as required. Needle lifting adopts an imported linear needle roller guide rail, and the movement is stable. The wetting needle part is made of SS316L. The pipeline adopts a qualified silicone tube. Filling components use GMP-compliant approved materials.
Roller uses imported optical fiber to monitor the production of ampoules.
The Class 100 laminar flow system has a stainless steel support frame, a plexiglass protective door, and a Class 100 FFU.
