Introduction
The capsule polishing machine is mainly used to polish and clean dust attached to capsules to ensure conforming to hygienic standard of medicines, and is especially for dust and waste removal, polishing of capsules of various specifications. In the capsule polishing machine, through the rotating of brushes, capsules are driven to make a circular spiral movement along the wall of the polishing barrel and move along the spiral spring. Under constant friction with brushes and the wall of the polishing barrel, the outer surface of capsules' shells gets polished. The polished capsules enter the waste hopper from the discharge port. In the waste removing device, light-weight unqualified capsules rise under the joint action of negative pressure and airflow, and enter the vacuum cleaner through a straw. Yet heavy-weight qualified capsules continue to fall, and are discharged through the movable discharge hopper. Powder and small fragments that are brushed off during the polishing process enter the sealed barrel through small holes on the wall of the polishing barrel, and are sucked into the vacuum cleaner for recovery.
Performance Characteristics
1. In the capsule polishing machine, capsules are transferred in a closed structure for polishing and parts directly exposed to medicines are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. Moreover, the machine is easy to disassemble and clean and in accordance with the requirement of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) implementation guidelines for pharmaceutical equipment.

As for the adjustable speed capsule polishing machine, microcomputer is adopted to realize stepless speed regulation, which can meet the polishing speed required for different medicines, such as capsules, sugar-coated tablets and plain tablets. The tilt angle of the main shaft can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range to meet different polishing time of different medicines.
