Introduction
The pharmaceutical capsule filling machine integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic mechanism, adopts microcomputer programmable logic controller (PLC), touch panel operation and frequency conversion speed regulation, and is equipped with an electronic automatic counting device. It can separately and automatically complete positioning, separating and filling of capsules, sealing and other actions, reducing labor intensity and improve production efficiency. It meets the sanitary requirements of pharmaceutical engineering. The machine is sensitive in action, accurate in filling dosage and is easy to operate. The fully automatic hard capsule filling machine meets the requirements of GMP standard and can fill special materials such as Chinese herbal medicine, characterized by compact structure, low noise, accurate filling volume control, complete functions and stable operation. Principle
1. Adopts capsule vacuum positioning mechanism, making capsule allocating rate reach more than 99%.
2. The pharmaceutical capsule filling machine selects the enlarged cam indexing box, thus greatly improving the stability and extends the service life of the machine.
3. The machine improves the internal design of the turntable mold, and uses 90 pieces of Japanese original linear bearings to ensure accuracy and service life of the machine. Yet other manufactures only use 40 pieces of bearings on the turntable, and the other 50 pieces are installed with copper sleeves, which wear quickly and are not easy to replace.
4. The machine enlarges the metering panel (by 3cm) and improves uniformity of powder flow in it. Its filling dose is accurate and is completely better than that specified by the national standard.
5. Taking the lower face of the metering panel as reference, it adopts three-dimensional adjustment mechanism to eliminate natural deformation of the metering panel and the copper pad. The gap is even and thus the leakage of powder is reduced. The machine is easy to clean, and the difference in filling volume is ensured.
6. Because of our innovative design, the cam indexing box and the metering panel are enlarged and 90 pieces of original bearings are used on the turntable mold. Therefore, the whole machine is 9cm wider than similar products.
