Introduction

The working principle and operating method of the soft capsule filling machine are: preprocessing all materials by adding certain pure water, medical bone glue particles, additives, vitamins, glycerin, etc. → stirring the mixture and turning it into gelatin through low temperature cycle (70~80℃) → vacuum the gelatin tank after a period of time → putting the gelatin in the gelatin tank for a period time after bubbles and a certain amount of water are pumped out → the gelatin pass the heating gelatin boxes on both sides of the soft capsule filling machine → the gelatin condensed into solid in the rolling molds of soft capsule filling machine→ the solid gelatin film entering the left and right molds at the top of the machine head → injecting medicines into the gelatin film with a sprinkler, and then the gelatin film formed capsules immediately after being heated and pressed → transferring the soft capsules to the drying system by the conveyor and drying them under low temperature.

 

Performance Characteristics
