Introduction

It is especially suitable for the production of small batches but many varieties of products. It adopts microcomputer programmable control, frequency conversion regulation and touch panel operation. It completes all processes automatically, including film feeding, blister forming, hot sealing, indenting and printing batch number, punching. It is easy to operate and has complete functions. It is an ideal blister packaging machine.

Performance Characteristics

1. The main transmission part adopts a parallel bevel wheel reducer, which has novel structure, stable operation, long service life and low noise.

2. The hot sealing station is fixed and parts used for forming, indenting and punching can be moved freely to adjust spacing, which are convenient and easy to calibrate.

3. Mechanical arms are used for traction, the stroke is adjustable and therefore the machine can adapt to packaging blisters with different sizes.

4. The tablet blister packing machine is of flat structure and can be used to pack items of special shapes, e.g., vials, ampoules, syringes, tablets, capsules, liquid, paste, etc.

5. Eye mark sealing device is optional.

6. Plexiglass protection hood is optional.
