From November 2nd to 7th, 2025, the Marya team successfully conducted the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a cartridge filling production line customized for a client in Ukraine.
The production line comprises three integrated modules: a cartridge washing and siliconization machine, a sterilization tunnel, and a cartridge stoppering, filling, and capping machine.
Throughout the FAT process, the equipment was evaluated against multiple criteria, including overall dimensions and appearance, material certifications, electronic components, no-load and full-load operational tests, filling volume accuracy, sensor performance, alarm functionality, human-machine interface operation, and control system verification. All test results met the FAT standards and complied with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as well as other relevant regulations. The client expressed high satisfaction with the equipment quality, and also commended Marya's rapid response and exceptional service.
In summary, thanks to the dedicated efforts of both Marya team and customer, the FAT concluded with strong customer approval, paving the way for the subsequent delivery phase.
