1. Before the operation, move all the items needed for this operation into the safety cabinet to avoid frequent passage of the arms through the air curtain to destroy the airflow; and wipe the surface with 75% alcohol to disinfect the surface before moving in to remove pollution.

2. Turn on the fan for 5-10 minutes, wait until the air in the cabinet is purified and the airflow is stable before proceeding with the experimental operation. Slowly extend your arms into the safety cabinet and stay still for at least 1 minute to stabilize the airflow in the cabinet before proceeding.

3. Do not put anything unrelated to this experiment in the safety cabinet. The items in the cabinet should be placed in such a way that the clean area, the semi-contaminated area and the contaminated area are basically separated, and the items are easy to access during the operation, and there is no cross between the three areas. Items should be placed as far back as possible, but they should not block the airway, so as not to interfere with the normal flow of airflow.

4. The operation should be carried out from the clean area to the contaminated area to avoid cross-contamination. In order to prevent possible splashing of droplets, a towel or gauze soaked with disinfectant can be spread on the countertop, but it cannot cover the safety cabinet grille.

5. During the operation in the cabinet, it is strictly forbidden to use an open flame such as an alcohol lamp to avoid the heat generated to generate airflow and interfere with the stability of the airflow in the cabinet; and the open flame may damage the HEPA filter.

6. Minimize the movement of people behind and quickly open and close the door during work to prevent unstable airflow in the safety cabinet.

7. During the experiment operation, the glass window should not be opened, and the operator's face should be ensured above the working window. When operating in the cabinet, the action should be gentle and gentle to prevent the airflow in the cabinet from being affected.

8. The safety cabinet should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure its normal operation. Once the safety cabinet is found to work abnormally during work, stop work immediately, take corresponding measures, and notify relevant personnel.

9. After the work is completed, close the glass window, keep the fan running for 10-15 minutes, and turn on the UV lamp for 30 minutes at the same time. (Turn off the ventilation during UV sterilization; UV light is harmful to the human body, pay attention to personal protection.)

10. The safety cabinet should be cleaned and disinfected regularly. The contaminants on the countertop in the cabinet can be wiped with 2% 84 disinfectant after the work is completed and the UV lamp is disinfected. The outer surface of the cabinet should be wiped with 1% 84 disinfectant every day. 11. Items used in the cabinet should be taken out after disinfection to prevent pathogenic microorganisms from being brought out and polluting the environment.
