What are the working principle and components of oral liquid filling machine?

Oral syrup filling machine is mainly used for the filling of small dose tincture of water and syrup in pharmaceutical factories. It is one of the main components of oral liquid washing, drying, filling and rolling linkage set. It can be used by connection or single machine. Oral syrup irrigation machine mainly has the following working principle and components.
(1) Transmission principle: the motor transmits the power to the cochlear shaft of the reducer through the pulley, and then the cochlear shaft transmits the power to the dial shaft, the filling part and the rolling head through each gear. The filling part, the rolling cap and each wheel move synchronously, and the power is transmitted to the bottle feeding wheel device through the bevel gear.
(2) Principle of filling part: the oral syrup is sent from the large dial wheel into the bottle to the transition dial wheel, and then from the transition dial wheel to the synchronous belt. The insert on the synchronous belt drags the bottle to move forward at a constant speed. Under the control of the tracking mechanism, the filling needle is inserted into the mouth of the bottle and moves forward synchronously with the bottle to realize tracking filling. The latent needle rises with the liquid level and plays the role of defoaming.
(3) Cover supply system: it is composed of cover track, cover head and cover mechanism. The cover head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation, arranges the messy cover into the line, enters the cover track through the reversing twist channel, and passes through the cover mechanism, the bottle hangs the cover through the pressure cover plate, so that the cover is straightening.
(4) Rolling cap: oral syrup bottle put on the lid into the rolling cap after the turntable, has opened the three rolling knife will be the center of the bottle, with the turntable forward rotation, under the control of the CAM to press the lid, then the three rolling knife under the action of the cone set, at the same time to the lid rolling, rolling, at the same time leave the lid, back to the original position.
(5) Tracking the filling mechanism: The oral syrup filling machine is driven by the servo motor to move the gear and rack, so as to drive the filling needle to reciprocate. By adjusting the relative position of the syringe frame and the mounting frame, the syringe can be inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth accurately.
