Oral liquid filling production line maintenance and installation:
1, because the filling machine is an automatic machine, so the easy to pull bottle, bottle cushion, bottle cap size are required to be unified.
2, before driving, you must first use the swing handle to turn the machine, to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation, and then you can drive after it is confirmed that it is normal.
3, adjust the machine, the tool should be used properly, it is strictly prohibited to use too large tools or excessive force to remove parts to avoid damage to the machine or affect the performance of the machine.
4, whenever the machine is adjusted, in fact, the loose screw should be tightened, and the machine can be driven after the swing handle is used to turn the machine to see whether its action meets the requirements.
5, the machine must be kept clean, strictly prohibit oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine, so as not to cause damage to the machine:
(1) The machine should remove liquid medicine or glass debris in time during the production process.
(2) Each part of the machine surface should be cleaned once before the shift, and clean lubricating oil should be added to each active part.
(3) It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean in ordinary use or blown with compressed air.
