1、 Equipment composition

4. Bottle mouth metal sealing aluminum foil capping machine
The metal sealing aluminum foil capping machine is mainly used for capping filled pharmaceutical bottles. The equipment adopts a wheel sealing structure, with fast sealing speed and good sealing performance. The machine adopts PLC control, which can automatically control sealing time, temperature, pressure and other parameters.
5. Finished product conveying system
The finished product conveying system is mainly used to transport filled and capped drug bottles. The equipment adopts a belt conveyor, which can set multiple bottle rows according to production needs. The conveying speed is fast and stable, and there is no high requirement for the placement of bottles.
2、 Usage method
1. Drug bottle cleaning and disinfection: Firstly, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the drug bottle to ensure that the filled drug is not contaminated and can ensure the quality of the pharmaceutical product.
2. Equipment operation: Transport the cleaned and disinfected drug bottles to the bottle feeding machine, and then the drug container conveying system will transport the drug bottles to the drug filling machine for drug filling. After filling, the rubber stopper insertion machine automatically inserts the rubber stopper into the drug bottle. Subsequently, the drug bottles are capped using a metal sealed aluminum foil capping machine at the bottle mouth. Finally, the drug bottles can be transported through the finished product conveying system, waiting for the next quality inspection, packaging, and delivery.
