Introduction

The pure steam generator is one of important equipment currently used in sterilizers, biological generators (can equipment), pipeline systems (online sterilization), filters and so on. It is ultrapure and pyrogen-free, and meets the requirements of the current US, EU, Japanese and Chinese pharmacopoeia for injection water. It is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the pressure vessel specifications, and can be applied in production lines in food and pharmaceutical industries, biological and genetic engineering, etc.

 

Working Principle

The raw material water is heated by the industrial steam in the first effect preheater, continuously heated by industrial steam condensate in second effect preheater, distributed into pipes uniformly by the water separating device at the top of the evaporator and forms film-like flow in the pipes. The film-like flow is evaporated soon because it's thin and produces the secondary steam. The raw water that has not been evaporated is drained out of the machine. The evaporated raw water, now is secondary steam, continues to spiral up in the evaporator, after the steam-water separation device, it is output as pure steam from the pure steam outlet. The industrial steam is condensed into industrial steam condensate as the heating source of the preheater after being absorbed by the raw water in the evaporator. The preheated raw water is finally discharged from the non-condensed water outlet of the preheater. The trace amount of pure steam is collected by the condensing sampler, and after heat exchange with the cooling water, it is cooled into distilled water; after the online conductivity testing, it is judged whether the pure steam is qualified.

 

The secondary steam transformed from raw water is clean steam undergoing three separation processes: primary separation (the clean water flowing down along pipes after entering the evaporator in the very beginning, and all evaporated) → secondary separation (the evaporated raw water, also called the secondary steam, folding back at the lower-end of the evaporator (180° retracement), leaving impurities at the lower part due to gravity) → third separation (the evaporated raw water continuing to spiral up in the evaporator and divided by special dividing devices at the middle and upper parts).

 

Performance Characteristics

1. Structure material: The 316L stainless steel is adopted as the material of parts directly exposed to distilled water, pure steam and injection water.

2. Electrochemical polishing: The stainless steel's surface is electrochemically polished to ensure the quality of water for injection production and improve the service life of the equipment.

3. Double tube plates design: The external preheater, the condenser and multiple effect evaporators all adopt double tube plates design, which is compliance with the GMP requirements and can effectively eliminate the possibility that low-hygienic medium pollute the system.

4. All hot surface have an insulation layer and are surrounded by a 304 stainless steel shell.

5. There is no movable part on the equipment, thus making operation of the equipment relatively quiet, safe and reliable.

6. Pure steam generator adopts reliable PLC (programmable logic controller) control and standardized procedures.

7. It has a complete document verification and service system.

8. It is easy to operate and repair.

9. Control system: PLC automatic control technology is adopted to satisfy different control requirements of different customers. It goes throughout the whole distilled water producing process, from the most basic quality judgement and distribution of pure steam to more advanced operations, including continuous adjustment of media, linkage with the storage system, hierarchical password control, and even the control of evaporation capacity.

10. The whole machine performance factory test: the whole machine performace is tested by simulating the actual working environment according to the determined procedures in the whole machine test workshop.
