This machine is an ampoule filling machine, not only keeping the function and features of common ampoule filling and sealing machines, but also improves its overall general performance: only a few parts are required for replacement for filling 1-5ml ampoule; intelligent control, conveying belt, hand wheel clutch device and totally closed appearance design are adopted, enabling users to feel good and safe; the class 100 laminar flow unit and the PLC (programmable logic controller) touch screen control system can be configured according to customers' needs.

Characteristics

1. The ampoule liquid filling machine transfers ampoules rectangularly, which makes the ampoule bottles stable and reduces breakage rate.

2. The SUS304 stainless steel rotary plunger pump or ceramic rotary plunger pump is driven by a servo motor. Automatic precision calibration can be achieved by only setting filling volume on the touch screen without any tools; and each plunger pump can be adjusted slightly.

3. All parts exposed to liquids in ampoule filling sealing machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel and medical silicone rubber.

4. The touch screen can display real-time working state of the machine and supports multiple languages.

5. The machine can be filled with nitrogen before and after filling of medicine liquid.
