The sampling booth is a kind of local purification facility specially used for pharmacy, microbiological research and scientific experiments. It is widely used in the sampling of raw materials and antibiotics and processing of hormone drugs (whether the drugs are powder or liquid).
In the sampling booth, air is filtered by the primary and medium efficiency filters, forced into the plenum chamber by the centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the high efficiency filter, and finally diffused to the fan outlet to form vertical unidirectional airflow to protect the operator and prevent drug from pollution. The 10% circulating air discharged from the operating space of the weighing booth maintains a negative pressure, so as to avoid environmental pollution and cross-contamination of drugs.

II. Performance Characteristics
1. Adopt high quality SUS304 stainless steel for the sampling booth, which is easy to be cleaned;
2. Air is fed from the top, the efficiency of the high efficiency filter is larger than 99.99%@0.3um and the cleanliness level of the operating space is higher than elsewhere in the sampling booth;
3. Regulate the speed of the fan with a frequency converter;
4. Control open and close of bulbs and the power supply with buttons;
5. Install a differential pressure gauge to monitor the usage of the filter;
6. Add a DOP test port to effectively detect the integrity of the high efficiency filter;
7. Adopt modular design for the chamber conducive to assembly and disassembly on site.
III. Configuration description
High-end configuration
1) Filter: Three-stage filter including primary, medium and high efficiency filters and the liquid flume high efficiency filter (efficiency: 99.99%~99.999%@0.3μm) is capable of meeting the test requirements of DOP or PAO;
2) Differential pressure transducer: DWYER
3) Air velocity transducer: E+E or Kimo
4) Polymer flow equalizing membrane: remarkably improving the uniformity of the face velocity of the air outlet;
5) PLC (programmable logic controller) control: The LCD screen controls the wind speed and lighting. The screen can display the real-time face velocity of the air outlet and the real-time pressure difference of filters at all levels before and after filtering. When the wind speed and pressure difference values exceed the set range, the buzzer can sound an alarm;
6) Illuminance: The average illuminance at one meter from the ground to the top of the weighing booth inside is over 300Lx;
7) Weighing desk: Used to place electronic scales and keep records (optional);
8) Socket: Configured with waterproof and dustproof sockets, Grade: IP66. The number of sockets depends on customers' needs.
