Operating Principle
This cleanroom weighing booth adopts a vertical unidirectional flow form. Return air must be first pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove large dust particles in airflow, and the pre-treated air is then filtered through a medium-efficiency filter to fully protect the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high efficiency filter is used to guarantee cleanliness of air. After that, clean air is sent to the air supply chamber, 90% of which passes through the uniform air supply screen to form uniform vertical supply airflow, and 10% of which passes through the adjusting plate and is discharged from the facility. Since all airflow is processed by high efficiency filter, there is no residual dust in the supply air and exhaust air, which avoids secondary pollution. Dust in the working area where the stable unidirectional flow is formed is captured by the primary and medium-efficiency filters under the influence of the unidirectional flow. In addition, the 10% exhaust air forms a negative pressure relative to the external environment, and to a certain extent, ensures that dust in the working area will not spread to the outside, thus playing a role in protecting the external environment.
Structure of Equipment
The cleanroom weighing booth consists of the working area, return air chamber, fan chamber, air outlet chamber and outer chamber. The control panel adopts a light-touch LED control panel, which can control the start and stop of the fan and adjust its working condition and the wind speed required in the working area. Beside to it is a differential pressure gauge testing resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust air adjusting plate inside the air supply chamber, which can adjust the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range.
