The dispensing room consists of the working area, return air chamber, fan chamber, air outlet chamber, outer chamber, primary, medium and high efficiency filters, blower fan set, PLC control system and the sensing system, etc.
The dispensing room is a kind of local purification facility specially used in such fields as pharmacy, microbiological research and scientific experiment. It provides vertical unidirectional air flow and keeps negative pressure relative to the outside. The weighing room under negative pressure condition performs weighing and packing of dust and reagent in the equipment, which can effectively control them overflow or rise, prevent them from being inhaled and causing danger to the human body, and avoid relevant cross-contamination, thus protecting the environment outside and the safety of personnel inside.
I. Configuration Description
1. Filter: Adopting primary and high efficiency filters, the latter satisfying the test requirements of DOP or PAO.
2. Differential pressure gauge: 2 pcs.
3. Polymer flow equalizing membrane: remarkably improving the uniformity of the face velocity of the air outlet;
4. Frequency conversion control: Normally with ordinary control, and LCD and all kinds of operations can be selected, including wind speed display and alarm setting functions, etc.
5. Lighting/ sterilization: The illuminance at one meter from the ground to the top of the weighing room inside is over 300Lux, and sterilizing lamps or ozone generators can be selected for sterilization.
6. Distribution desk: Used for placing packing appliance (optional).
7. Socket: Configured with waterproof and dustproof industrial sockets, whose quantity depends on customers' needs.
II. Structure diagram and introduction of Dispensing Booth
1. The overall chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel that is bent and welded and assembled, with high flatness and easy-cleaning effect. The electrical cabinet can be internally or externally installed.
2. The surface of air outlet is made of polymer flow equalizing membrane, the uniformity of wind speed can be controlled within 5%-10%, and the primary, medium and high efficiency filters all can be disassembled or replaced from the front or above.
III. Repair and maintenance of Dispensing Booth
1. Maintenance personnel must perform maintenance and repair as specified.
2. Maintenance personnel must be professional or professionally trained.
3. Maintenance work can be carried out only 10 minutes after the power supply of the frequency converter is cut off.
4. Components on the PCB board cannot be directly touched, otherwise the frequency converter may be easily damaged.
5. After repairing, it must be confirmed that all screws are tightened.
Remarks: the dispensing room can produce non-standard products according to customer requirements.
