Performance Advantages

 

1. The RTU filling solution is equipped with high-precision sensors and closed-loop control modules, which can real-time monitor and automatically calibrate key process parameters such as filling pressure, temperature, and speed.

 

2. The RTU solution supports multi-mode stoppering processes with "on-demand selection and flexible switching", covering the full scenario needs from conventional aseptic products to highly sensitive toxic products.

 

3. The RTU solution is deeply integrated with an Isolator, forming a dual barrier of "physical isolation + aseptic protection" from the external environment.

 

4. Optional functions: CIP/SIP function can be added to reduce the labour and time cost of cleaning and sterilization of the equipment before and after production, and to reduce the risk of contamination of the sterilizing apparatus during transportation.

 

5. The RTU solution adopts an "integrated" control system design, integrating all equipment units such as the filling module, stoppering module, isolator, and VPHP disinfection system into a unified control platform, realizing centralized monitoring and coordinated operation of the entire process.
