The temperature for heat sealing roller dies is controlled by the temperature controller made of imported parts and assembled with a PID controller, and the temperature measurement adopts an advanced PT100 roller surface temperature detector assembled with imported parts to ensure that the surface temperature of roller dies is stable and reliable, which directly improves the sealing performance of heat sealing medicine plates.
9. The host adopts a frequency converter stepless speed regulation. It has stable and reliable operation, simple transmission structure and convenient maintenance.
10. Optional functions, such as solid-state die wheel coding, image and character register, optical fiber detection missing grain scrapping etc., can be selected to meet various needs of different customers.
