Terrazzo Floor
Terrazzo floor is a kind of inelastic floor, with good integrity, good mechanical strength, wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance anti-static, easy to clean and so on. Epoxy Self-leveling Floor
Epoxy self-leveling coating is a solvent-free high performance coating formulated with epoxy resin as the coating film-forming material, and then by adding curing agent, non-volatile active diluent, additives, pigments and fillers. The film-forming process of epoxy self-leveling coating is a chemical film-forming method, in which the soluble low molecular weight epoxy resin is firstly coated on the surface of the substrate, and then the molecular weight is further increased or cross-linked by the reaction between molecules to form a tough paint film. Epoxy self-leveling not only has the advantages of terrazzo floor, but also more corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, easier to clean, etc. It can meet the requirements of higher cleanliness level, so it is mostly used in class 10000 and class 100 clean rooms. At present, it is adopted and accepted by many enterprises at home and abroad, generally used in water injection workshop, lyophilized powder injection workshop and biological products workshop, etc. Construction process: substrate inspection and treatment - painting primer - putty repair - scraping surface layer - waxing maintenance - construction acceptance
PVC Flooring
When comparing to other floors, the PVC flooring's characteristics are: good fire performance, good sound absorption, impact resistance, slightly elastic, the work of a long time standing operation can reduce fatigue, but the cost is more expensive, pharmaceutical companies can be properly selected according to their own process requirements. Commonly used plastic flooring materials include vinyl plastic sheet, PVC flexible sheet, PVC semi-quality sheet and polyurethane floor coating. The main process of elastic floor construction includes substrate treatment → snapline testing primer glue → paving plastic flooring → paving plastic skirting board→polishing and waxing.
