Cleanroom epoxy floor is a high-strength, wear-resistant, and beautiful floor with the advantages of no joints, solid texture, good chemical resistance, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, easy maintenance, and low maintenance costs.

It can be designed with a variety of options depending on the requirements of different applications: Such as thin layer coating, 1-5mm thick self-leveling floor, anti-slip and wear-resistant coating, mortar-type coating, anti-static, anti-corrosion coating, etc. Epoxy floor can be roughly divided into: epoxy resin millstone flooring, epoxy resin colored sand pressed sand flooring, epoxy resin self-leveling flooring, epoxy resin mortar type flooring and epoxy resin flat coating type flooring.


Classification

a. Epoxy flat coating flooring (ordinary workshop dust-proof, not high environmental requirements of the place).

b. Epoxy self-leveling flooring (clean room, industrial production area with high requirements for plant purification).

c. Epoxy anti-static flooring (manufacturing workshop of electronic industry with requirements for anti-static).

d. Epoxy mortar wear-resistant flooring (workshops, warehouses, passages, underground parking lots and other areas in factories with heavy load operation).


Construction Process

1. Substrate treatment;

2. Application of sealing primer;

3. Applying putty;

4. Sanding and vacuuming;

5. Application of color paint;

Primer using epoxy resin primer main agent: hardener, modulation uniform curing 10 minutes or so, with wool roller rolling once, primer mainly closes the base layer, to prevent the moisture and dust

6. Filling process

Prepare epoxy mortar with epoxy paint quartz sand and fill expansion joints and broken places

7. Scraping middle layer

8. Apply with epoxy resin finish

9. Engineering Maintenance


Selection Method

Main aspects are as follows:

1. Abrasion resistance: which vehicles will walk on the flooring when it is in use;

2. Pressure resistance: how much load the flooring will be subjected to in use;

3. Impact resistance: whether the impact will cause the flooring surface to peel;


Chemical property requirements

The following two main aspects are considered:

1. Acid and alkali resistance: the type and concentration of corrosive chemicals in use.

2. Solvent resistance: type of solvent and contact time when used.


Aesthetic requirements

1. Color requirements: is the area divided by color?

2. Brightness requirements: is the choice of matte or bright?

3. Levelness requirements: is there a requirement for the levelness of the flooring?
