Structure
The clean bench is mainly composed of box, fan, primary filter, high efficiency filter and the power supply.
Working Principle
The working principle of the clean bench is that: Air is sucked into the facility through the fan, sent to the plenum chamber, filtered by the high efficiency filter and then sent out as vertical or horizontal airflow. The filtered output air can make the operating area reach Class 100 cleanliness and thus form sterile working environment with high cleanliness level.
Classification
According to the airflow mode, the clean bench can be divided into horizontal laminar flow clean bench and vertical laminar flow clean bench.
1. Horizontal laminar flow clean bench: The airflow mode in the working area is horizontal laminar.
2. Vertical laminar flow clean bench: The airflow mode in the working area is vertical laminar.
3. It can be further divided into single-sided vertical laminar flow clean bench and double-sided vertical laminar flow clean bench, according to the operating mode at the operating area.

The clean bench is applied in different fields according to its airflow mode.
