Sterile Negative Pressure Isolator

Introduction

Negative Pressure Isolator is a negative pressure isolator system designed to meet the customer's protective aseptic operation. The isolator system avoids direct contact between personnel and production products and the production environment. It can provide protection for the production of aseptic products, as well as protection for the operator and the external environment.

Performance Features

1. The cavity is made of 316L high-quality stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm. It has excellent corrosion resistance and structural strength, and can effectively resist chemical erosion and physical impact in the pharmaceutical environment;

2. Relative to the surrounding environment, the isolator maintains negative pressure (normally -20~-50pa), and the pressure difference is monitored, displayed and recorded by the control system;

3. The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC for system control, which can monitor the pressure difference of each module of the equipment in real time. The isolator has a reserved port for HEPA integrity detection;

4. Each cavity is equipped with a wind speed sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, environmental detection (particle counting and microbial air sampler), etc.;

5. Real-time monitoring of door status: online monitoring of door opening status and continuous monitoring of door air sealing status;

6. The latest vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization system is built-in, with intelligent programmable sterilization process.
