I. Introduction:
The clean room engineering system provides a strict sterile environment for production and staff of pharmaceutical factories, hospitals and medical instrument manufacturers, in which not only microorganism, bacteria and other pollutants are eliminated, but also product quality and safety are improved. II. Detailed introduction:
1. The production workshop is divided into general production zone, control zone and clean zone by production process and product quality requirements. Shoes changing zone for staff, primary and secondary changing rooms for men and women, hands washing and sterilization room, laundry, air shower, clean pedestrian corridor, cargo shower, injection moulding room, rubber gasket dust blowing room, medium storage, assembly room, inner packaging room, outer packaging room and machine room, logistics, etc. are set. The machine room is set in a specific room which is subjected to sound insulation and shock protection. The cooling tower and cooling pump are provided at roof or a special location based on building design. Running load of equipment conforms to load-bearing requirements of floor slabs.
2. People moving direction: shoes changing, dressing, hands washing and sterilization- air shower- clean corridor – clean workshop. Emergency exits are provided at clean workshop and corridor to facilitate evacuation.
